PLEASE NOTE: The cost-to-build estimate is provided as a general budgeting tool only. Actual construction costs can vary based on local labor rates, material availability, site conditions, and contractor pricing. The estimate is based on predefined quality levels and material assumptions and should be used in conjunction with contractor quotes when planning your project and purchasing bid/study sets if available. These sets can be used to obtain contractor bids from the drawings and are clearly marked ‘not for construction’. The cost of the bid set will be fully credited toward the purchase of a licensed construction set. We encourage you to view a cost-to-build demo to explore the available features and customization options.
Find your perfect house plan and then purchase your cost to build report. After purchasing your cost report, click "Activate Estimator" on your order receipt. Customize your report by your zip code, design scope and material choices. Your cost to build report will include estimates for labor and materials.
First, select any house plan to get started and click on the COST ESTIMATOR button located under the floor plans. The cost of a single plan estimator is $29.99 and can be used for 30 days, or you can purchase an unlimited cost estimator for as many plans as you want for $65 that can be used for up to 60 days.
