Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food — because they believe that all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
GT Issa Construction featuring builder/owner Gus Issa and Emily Smith recently held its ground breaking ceremony to launch the 2017 Dream Home Giveaway featuring House Plan 4503 in Eagle Bluff, a high-end golf community located in an exclusive residential neighborhood just 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga.
All sponsors generously donate their time, materials and expertise to make dreams come true for the winner and St. Jude families. There are currently 30 Dream Home giveaways across the USA.
Since the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway launched in 1991, St. Jude has given away more than 370 houses and raised more than $300 million in ticket sales, making it the largest single-event fundraiser for the hospital. It’s because of programs like this that no family ever pays St. Jude for anything, and St. Jude covers the cost of treatment, travel, lodging and food for their patients and family.
Tickets will be available in Spring of 2017 to win this home and other prizes. Winners will be announced in June of 2017.
