We think that the Creekview plan has one of the best and most versatile facades on the market. Great for a subdivision or a rural lot, this plan is so inviting. Creekview is super functional as well as being stylish. That’s why we made it our November 2020 featured home! It offers 3 bedrooms and 2.1 bathrooms in 2,050 square feet, all contained within a convenient single floor. This is exactly what so many buyers want!
Thanks to the ranch-style layout, you and your loved ones are ensured total access throughout this home. From a dinner party in the gourmet island kitchen and dining room, to a family movie night in the living room, to a sunset on the back porch, everyone can get everywhere unimpeded. Features like this allow you to buy the home now and age in it for years to come. That’s great for first-time buyers, empty nesters, and even retirees… and everyone else, too!
A Luxurious Master Suite
When you look at the floorplan, you’ll notice that tucked behind the large garage, the storage and laundry rooms, and the kitchen is a spacious master bed and bath. This room is tailor-made for your relaxation. And our November 2020 featured home has one of the best master suites yet!

The final stop on our journey through the November 2020 featured home is the backyard area. The Creekview plan comes ready-made with a large patio accessible off of the breakfast nook and living room. Notice how this space would be perfect for a grill and/or a bar.
