More and more people are trying to choose a house plan that will be more energy efficient. Most stock house plans are available in 2×4 or 2×6 exterior wall framing, however I recently read an article in which Sip panels are being used to help with efficiency. Their job is to provide more insulation or better “R factor”.
These panels are used in place of your typical 2×4 or 2×6. This conversion is very straight forward and can be done easily by any of our designers if you so choose.
