The 1,503-square-foot interior has a thoughtful layout that places the entry with a coat closet and the staircase in the front right corner, the living area with a fireplace in the front left, the eat-in island kitchen in the back left, and the mudroom with lockers that connects to the powder room, laundry room, and door to the carport in the back right. Upstairs, the secondary bedrooms enjoy front views and share a hall bath while the primary suite has rear views and a private bath with a walk-in closet.

If you've got a narrow lot, House Plan 11672 offers a 34' façade and straight sides to help make the most of it with simple country style. Inside, you'll find 1,319 square feet with three bedrooms and two baths on one level. The layout places the open-concept common areas on one side, stretching back from the living area in front, to the central island kitchen, to the dining space at the rear. Two bedrooms, a hall bath, and the laundry are placed off the hallway directly behind the garage while the primary suite is farther back, with access from the dining area.
