About This Plan
A soaring ceiling gives a spacious first impression when entering the front door. The great room has a vaulted ceiling and is only visually separated from the kitchen dining area.
The dining space is enhanced with a large bay window and access is provided to the rear sun deck. The gourmet kitchen has an angled counter subtly separating the kitchen from the adjacent rooms. This counter features a snack bar for quick meals.
A laundry room is nearby, and access to the basement is from this area. Crawl space or slab foundations are also available and when one of these foundations is used, the laundry room is moved to the stair location and is an enormous room.

Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.
