House Plan 10323 is an exceptionally unique duplex perfect for a corner lot because it has entries on two sides! Each unit has 1,838 square feet, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a one-car garage. You'll find one bedroom and bath on the foyer level while the open-concept great room is sunken and placed down a staircase. Head upstairs to find the primary suite over the living area, and the final suite up some more steps and over the foyer. This layout creates clear definition and privacy between spaces!

House Plan 9019 has three 1,384-square-foot units with three bedrooms and one bath, and it stacks them so they each have a full floor. They also have their own points of entry! Step inside and the basement and first-floor units have a foyer with a coat closet up front, a large bedroom with a walk-in closet on one side, a hallway with two bedrooms across a hall bath on the other, and open-concept living in back. The second floor unit is similar, but as its entry is downstairs, it has a small office instead of the foyer!
