An Expandable Two-Story Design

House Plan 12007 offers a lovely 1,981-square-foot interior that checks the boxes for today's families—and it's under 30' wide! The layout places the two-car garage in front and the open-concept great room with an island kitchen in back, complete with plenty of rear windows for natural light. There's also a formal foyer, a powder room, and a small office on this level. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms—a large four-piece primary suite and two that share a four-piece hall bath—and they all have cathedral vaulted ceilings above. If you need more than this, you can finish the basement to add some flexible space and a full one-bedroom apartment with private exterior access!
A Flexible Two-Story Home

House Plan 12421 also comes in just under 30' wide with a two-car garage in front, and it places the entry door on the side of the house to give the office front windows. The great room has a totally open-concept layout with the island kitchen along the back wall overlooking the living and dining areas. There's also a mudroom coming in from the garage with a laundry closet and a powder room by the foyer. All three bedrooms are grouped upstairs and have vaulted ceilings. The primary suite boasts a vaulted four-piece bath and even a vaulted sitting area in addition to the bedroom! The other two bedrooms share a four-piece hall bath. The optional basement of this design also offers expansion potential with a flex room for the main house and a full one-bedroom apartment perfect for multi-generational living or renting out.
