House Plan 11178 offers a unique look from the street with its homey country style dressed up with symmetry and porch columns. Inside, you'll find 1,760 square feet with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms on one story. The layout places the great room in the center, with living space in front—complete with a central corner fireplace—and the island kitchen open to the dining area in back. The five-piece primary suite enjoys privacy along with the office on one side while the opposite hallway hosts the Jack-and-Jill bedrooms and the powder room. The laundry room is placed off the kitchen, by the door to the rear side-entry garage.
