The new construction costs can get pricey, I was taken back a little on some construction costs. You may want to get an online estimate on cost-to -build first, to see if it is within your budget. Dormers and a wraparound porch give a country elegance to one of our best-selling house plans. The 2,039-square-foot floor plans hold plenty of surprises, like a sizable pantry, a fireplace, a whirlpool tub and a versatile study. An unusual island with a snack bar will make the kitchen a family focal point. A proposed game room upstairs gives this design more expansion space than most home plans. A backyard grilling porch is a nice additional feature.
