About This Plan

House Plan 7472 is an amazing luxury Craftsman with so much to appreciate on one level! It offers 3,361 square feet with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, so it's a good fit for a growing family. When you first enter through the front door, there's an office conveniently located off the foyer. The main living areas spread out in back, with the vaulted great room straight back from the entry and the island kitchen and sunny dining area tucked off to the side. Be sure to notice the vaulted outdoor living area that'll help you spread out into the fresh air and add even more functional square footage! The bedrooms are split on opposite sides of the house, but connected by the gallery hallway that spans the home's full width. The luxe master suite sits on one end, complete with a five-piece bath and a walk-in closet that connects to the large laundry room. The laundry also has hall access, of course. Head down the other direction and you'll pass the mudroom and powder room beside the entrance from the three-car garage before you come to the Jack-and-Jill bedrooms, each with its own walk-in closet.
