Designer's Plan Information

DOWNLOAD SAMPLE PLAN

Elevations -
Scale, material labels, and heights.

Foundation Plan -
Scale, footing details, any applicable structural information.

Dimensioned Floor Plans -
Room labels, room sizes, ceiling heights.

Framing Details -
Wall sections and any applicable framing details.

Roof Plan -
Scale. Some plans will include rafter layout.

Cross Section -
Shows ceiling heights.

Electrical Layout -
Location of switches, lights, smoke detectors.

Cabinet Elevations -
Kitchen, bathroom, and any other cabinet layouts. Linear dimensions may not be included.

Window and Door Schedule -
Included in most designs, but not all. If not included, sizes are noted next to each unit. This will vary by plan.

IRC Details - 2018 IRC sheets are currently included.

CAD Software: Chief Architect and AutoCAD. All the latest versions each year.
