A Tiny Cottage with ADU Potential
House Plan 11006 is a cute little cottage with so much to love! It offers 600 square feet with two bedrooms and one bathroom in a rectangular footprint to keep building costs low. The common areas are open, with a peninsula eat-in kitchen on one side and the living area on the other. The bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry closet are off the back hallway.
