The Kitchen/Dining combine to utilize all of the space. The kitchen has a movable island a big pantry and lots of cabinets.
The Laundry room has it all with lots of space for a washer, dryer, laundry sink and even some leftover for an upright freezer. Lets not forget cabinets to keep it all organized.
The Master Bedroom is nice sized with a walk-in closet. The Master bath has dual sinks, separate shower and a whirlpool tub.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are nice sized with a large bath tucked in between them.

Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.
