We just returned from the NAHB International Builders\u2019 Show (IBS) in Las Vegas and we saw a lot of new and innovative products that we could not wait to share with you. Here are seven of our favorite new products from IBS this year.<\/p>\n

1. Lumber Liquidators\u00ae Bellawood Hardwood Flooring Collection<\/strong><\/p>\n

This year, Lumber Liquidators\u00ae<\/a> expanded their Bellawood Hardwood Flooring Collection<\/a> to include 140 new colors, including the Gunstock Oak<\/a> pictured above.<\/p>\n

2. SnapPower Guidelights<\/strong><\/p>\n

We love the new SnapPower Guidelights<\/a>! They took Best in Show and Best of Indoor Living Product this year at IBS and rightfully so. They aren\u2019t just beautiful but they also they also provide great accent and safety lighting. This year they also introduced the SnapPower Charger<\/a>\u00a0which will be available on the market in March 2015.<\/p>\n

3. Schlage\u00ae Sense\u2122 Automatic Door Lock<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nWe love Schlage\u2019s\u00ae<\/a> smart door locks! This year they introduced Schalge Sense\u2122<\/a>, their first Bluetooth-enabled lock that is easy to use and install with no-monthly fees. Just like their other smart locks<\/a>, this lock is also able to store up to 30 unique codes but has the added benefit of being compatible with your favorite Apple\u00ae device.<\/p>\n

4. GAF\u00ae<\/strong> Roofing Sienna\u00ae Lifetime Designer Shingles<\/strong><\/p>\n
