The rear of the home needed to encompass the full view of the lake, and they did not want a huge house to maintain.  The Cabernet house plan came to mind!  With its lovely European design and square footage right around 2500 I thought it might be the perfect match for this customer.  The rear of the home offers plenty of windows, a covered terrace and covered lanai ideal for enjoying the view.  With its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehousedesigners.com\/open-floor-plans.asp\">open floor plan<\/a> this home is ideal for entertaining and the high ceilings give the feeling of a much larger space. After discussing the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehousedesigners.com\/plan_details.asp?PlanNum=1435\">Cabernet<\/a> with her husband, the customer called back two days later and ordered the plan.
