It was the first time I had pulled up our Hot Springs Cottage <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehousedesigners.com\/advancedsearch.asp\">House Plan<\/a> from one our newest collections. There was something about this home design with its beautiful stone fa\u00c3\u00a7ade and unique roofline. My favorite part was the private <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehousedesigners.com\/great-master-suites-plans.asp\">master suite<\/a> with a lovely covered porch off of it.<\/p>\n<p>I was picturing myself sitting on the covered porch, while having a cup of coffee and looking out to the beautiful ski area. The client was telling me how he had been waiting to build a home like this.  It is a great feeling when you know you are helping people build their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehousedesigners.com\/articles\/building-your-dream-home.asp\">dream home<\/a>. People have all kinds of interesting questions from how high is the roof pitch to modifying the floor plan to their special needs. For me it is a job I can&#8217;t wait to go.  It is not always about a house on a ski resort or a luxury floor plan, sometimes it&#8217;s simply about a garage plan.
