Once you\u2019ve established your budget for construction, plan to allot approximately 25% of that budget to purchasing the land. If you still can’t find the perfect lot, look for expired and withdrawn listings. Many sellers get frustrated when their land doesn\u2019t sell quickly. After renewing the listing so many times, they abandon the idea, but you can still contact the landowner directly to ask about selling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
