It works beautifully on a narrow lot.  It can be built with a basement garage to take advantage of a sloped lot condition or as a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehousedesigners.com\/plan_details.asp?PlanNum=6347\" target=\"_blank\">detached garage<\/a> design.
