About This Plan
Entering from the small porch into a tiled foyer, your guests can hand up their coat to stay awhile. The main “L” shaped living area is ahead with the living area anchored by a fireplace and is bathed in natural light from the sliding doors off the living space and the casual dining area. The kitchen is central with two large island spaces. Transom windows aid in airyness.
The main large bathroom has a large shower and a bathtub. There’s a small hallway closet for a stackable W/D in between both bedrooms of the home. The back bedroom also has access to the large back porch through sliding glass doors.

Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.
