This very popular Craftsman Cottage Home was Designed and Built as our Designers own personal Dream Home! As you enter the foyer, this home has 17' ceilings with the front shed dormer bringing light into the foyer, dining, kitchen and living rooms. The open concept kitchen, dining, living area is great for entertaining. The front den/bedroom works well for a home office. The kitchen has a nice working space and a home management station. Besides ample cabinet space you will enjoy the large walk-in pantry. The master suite is well proportioned and there is an optional master bath with a tub and shower. Some have chosen to to relocate the screened porch to the doors off of the dining area, which works well, too. The main floor guest suite and the entire second floor area allow for comfortable sleeping areas for overnight guests, or a larger family. The vaulted ceilings and craftsman details of the home all add to the charm of this special design.
