We are very pleased with the house plan. There were a few issues with the material list not matching the plans but when I contacted the engineering department they responded and resolved the issue on the differences. We made a few changes that really made the house friendly for our lifestyle. The storage room was made a bathroom in the garage for myself being a hunter and 4-wheeler rider. The back porch was made into a sunroom and will be used to display my trophy deer mounts and other hunting and fishing displays. It is a plan for practical living and family friendly. Thanks so much.
