We have had so many compliments on the floorplan. We did change a few things but for the most part it is the plans that you offer. We chose not to put in the circle top windows as we had them in a previous home and decided we wanted double hung. Also, to save money, used mostly vinyl siding and bricked on part of the front. We just enclosed the screened in room with windows last year. It was the best thing for now we enjoy the room 10 months out of the year and it doesn't matter if it starts to rain...we are dry inside.
