House Plan 3772: KILLINGTON

Its' rustic facade and plentiful deck space make this home a perfect getaway. Front and rear balconies lend it an air of invitation. Sliding glass doors, to an optional rear deck, span the living room wall. Across the room, a cozy fireplace warms this expansive space. A distinct dining area adjoins. I provided the front facing kitchen with a side service door. Two secondary bedrooms are located on the main floor, while a great master suite is located on the upper floor for privacy. It includes a spacious bath and a private balcony. There is additional bonus space on the second floor for another bedroom, if desired.

Reproducible Vellum Set
Although most changes can be made directly on the blueprints by "red-lining", if the proposed changes are significant, i.e.large additions, structural changes, major roofline or facade changes, this set may be used to make changes via a local professional, or your builder. Although the PDF Construction Set can accomplish the same purpose, some may prefer to make changes by hand drawing, which the Reproducible is suited for. After changes are made you may print up to 10 sets, for the construction of one home only. An online license will be completed during checkout.
