To ensure all of our customers are completely satisfied, we will exchange your entire first house plan order for an equal number of house plan blueprints from the same plan collection within 30 days of the original order. Please return the entire content of your original order and an exchange will be processed for a nominal exchange fee — call for details. If the returned blueprints look used, redlined or copied, we regrettably will not be able to honor your exchange due to copyright rules and regulations.
Please note: Reproducibles and CAD files are not exchangeable.
