Finding house plans to meet all the needs of an extended family can be challenging, but I love the idea of finding the perfect house plan for all my new clients. This particular family needed an in-law suite with a home theatre and game room area for their two children. They were also looking for a plan that would allow for an in-ground pool in the back of the house. After searching through our In-Law Suites house plans collection, I was able to find the perfect design for this family.
The Long Meadow had the perfect floor plan to accommodate their mother-in-law. She would have her own living space with a kitchen and private entrance. Because they were building in the South they wanted a large outdoor living space that they could enjoy with family and friends. This house plan featured an outdoor space with a large patio and pool area.
