Outdoor Wok/Cooker and Double-Side Burner
Serving delicious stir-fry outdoors just got a lot easier. Viking® introduced a 15” Double-Side Burner and a 24” Outdoor Wok/Cooker to their outdoor line this year. These burners are great additions that transform your outdoor kitchen into a multipurpose cooking space.
The smaller 15” Double-Side Burner gives you the chance to be ready for anything with just the push of a button, and cleanup is a cinch. The individual grease management trays sit under each burner area and the stainless steel ball-bearing roller glides allow the drip tray to pull out easily and remain level when fully extended.
The 24” Outdoor Wok/Cooker features an extremely powerful 27,500 BTU burner that lets you stir-fry large portions and an exclusive center trivet that converts the burner grate for use with large stock pots, perfect for a crab boil. Warming Drawer
One of the reasons for installing an outdoor kitchen is to minimize the back and forth between your main kitchen and your grilling area. A warming drawer is a great way to store meats and foods that aren’t quite ready to be served but need to be kept warm.
A Viking® Warming Drawer provides versatile moisture control with temperature settings from 90 to 250 degrees Fahrenheit, making it easy to proof bread, keep plates warm, or serve hot soup. With a warming drawer dinner is always at the perfect temperature.
Refrigeration
Keep your meat and other cookout staples in an outdoor refrigerator. Viking® offers plenty of outdoor refrigeration solutions and also launched their Nugget Ice Machine earlier this year. This 15” model is a great addition to your outdoor kitchen. It can produce up to 80 pounds of finely chipped restaurant-style ice in 24 hours. This machine isn’t just heavy duty but also has user-friendly operation and an LED illuminated bin.
Storage and Cabinets
One thing you should never skimp on in a kitchen design is storage. Whether indoors or outdoors, you will have utensils, plates, and glassware you will want to keep clean and protected.
